Texans Crown Towing is a fully licensed, fully insured, and locally owned business of Houston. Our company has grown to one of the larger fleets in Houston, and some of the best equipment in town. We expect our tow operators to desire a gross pay of $70K per year, as there is every tool we have to make that happen.
We have a new dispatch system that will allow our business to prosper even more, allowing our dispatchers to be paid top pay. Dispatchers are the drummer that keeps everything in line in the towing industry. We value that and pay accordingly.
TOW OPERATORS
Texans Crown Towing is currently hiring Incident Management licensed tow operators in the Houston area with positive attitudes and strong work ethics. The applicants should have experience in Incident Management towing and recovery operations in light duty wreckers are light to medium duty flatbeds. We have day and night shifts available, as well as weekend shifts.
Some of the requirements for our incident management tow operators are the following:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a current and valid Texas Driver’s License
- Must have a current and valid TDLR Incident Management License
- Must have a current and valid COH (City of Houston PD) wrecker license (If you do not have one, we can help you in how to get one)
- Must have a current and valid Harris County wrecker license (If you do not have one, we can help you in how to get one)
- Must have a clean driving record, clear of accidents and excessive speeding
- Must have good hygiene and a professional appearance for our customers
DISPATCHERS
Texans Crown Towing is currently hiring Dispatchers with a VSF (Vehicle Storage Facility) license through TDLR in the Houston area with a positive customer service oriented attitude and strong organizational skills. The applicants is preferred to have experience in dispatching in towing and recovery operations, but we are willing to train right persons. We have day and night shifts available, as well as weekend shifts.
Some of the requirements for our Dispatchers are the following:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a current and valid Texas Driver’s License or Texas Identification Card
- Must have a current and valid TDLR VSF License (if you do not have one, we will be glad to show you how to obtain one)
- Must have a current and valid COH (City of Houston PD) VSF license (If you do not have one, we can help you in how to get one)
- Must have be able to multitask many responsibilities assigned
- Must have good hygiene and a professional appearance for our customers
